I'm a Journalist

According to this advisory opinion issued by the Federal Election Comission on 11/17, all bloggers are now journalists. Note this passage, ""...an entity otherwise eligible for the press exception would not lose its eligibility merely because of a lack of objectivity..." Anyone know how much legal weight this advisory opinion carries? Can all bloggers at least show it to their moms? Via Lot 49.
